For the third year running, the Event Organiser and Commissaire Conference brought together delegates from across Scotland for a vital team for a day of knowledge sharing, learning and networking.

Through a mixture of presentations, workshops and scenarios, delegates heard discipline specific updates, worked through discipline specific scenarios and explored topics such as managing relationships and the benefit of having five year plans in place.

The day concluded with an interesting Ask the Panel session where the group were asked a variety of questions including some very tricky ones about inclusivity at events and how to keep children excited and involved in cycling throughout their teenage years and beyond.
