To continue to support coaches learning and development Scottish Cycling have designed a new series of coach learning sessions.
Recognising the different domains coaches work in, we are offering two separate webinar series: Coaching Children and Coaching Adolescents in Cycle Sport. The rationale behind this is to focus the content and discussion and be more relevant to the coaches that attend.
The format will involve the option to engage with some content prior to the session which will act as a stimulus for the session itself. Through discussion we will aim to elaborate, consolidate or extent our understanding of the topic with a view to practical application.
The sessions are scheduled to take place on the 2nd Monday of every month.
