The Annual General Meeting of the East Midlands Region is to be held on 24 September 2020 by virtual call. Registration for the meeting is required in order to get the log in details. The meeting is to commence 19:30. Registration to attend must be placed by 4 September 2020, where after a link will be sent out.

Nominations for Officers of the Region together with Committee members to serve 2020/2021, Amendments to byelaws and proposals are also invited. These must be returned to the Secretary secretarybcestmidlands@gmail.com by Monday 4 September 2020 at the latest.

A relevant CV prior to the AGM must accompany any nomination for Official positions.

Club representation at the Annual General meeting will be in accordance with National Bylaw 9.9. Would you please inform the Regional Secretary by return of the Google Proforma of your Club/Team Representative for the AGM.

There are only two meetings that the BC Club delegates and British Cycling members are asked to attend. Please do your utmost to support them. Your views are most welcome.
