The BC Yorkshire Regional Council Meeting to discuss the National Agenda for National Council is to be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 27th October. This is commonly known as the Mandate Meeting.

All current British Cycling members resident in Yorkshire are entitled to attend but representation and voting will be in accordance with Byelaw 9.9. The meeting will be a virtual meeting and prior registration will be required so that all necessary documents can be forwarded in advance.

If you would like to take part in the meeting please email the Regional General Secretary, Peter Root prcycling2015@yahoo.co.uk by 5pm on Monday 26th October stating your British Cycling membership number and which club, if any, that you represent. You will then receive an invitation immediately prior to the meeting.
