Salary Band 3 (£20k - £25k per annum, depending on experience)

The Role
To provide 2nd and 3rd line support for internal and external users of the British Cycling IT infrastructure. To assist with the planning, implementation, administration and maintenance of additions, deletions and major modifications to the British Cycling infrastructure. To assist with the maintenance & updates of British Cycling servers software/hardware upgrades.
Interested?
You must have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills, excellent communication and organisation skills and experience of supporting network infrastructures. You will also need to have commercial experience of working in a technical support role and have a good knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office along with experience of supporting hardware, software and peripherals.
All of our permanent employees are provided with the Gold Membership of British Cycling. Our hours of work are 37.5 per week.
