Nicole said, ""I really enjoyed the Ras de Cymru in 2008 - the racing was good quality and each stage really showed off the region with great courses and different challenges. Everyone I spoke to at the event were impressed with the image it portrayed of both the region and Welsh Cycling. It was well organised with great facilities which all helped to create a great spirit. Good luck to all those riding the event this year!"

The event is run under British Cycling Technical Regulations, UCI Regulations and other event specific regulations.
