Queen's Baton
The Queen's Baton Race is coming to the Manchester Velodrome on Saturday (31 Oct) of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup. At 9:15pm British Cycling athletes, including Andrew Steele, Shauna Tompson, Laura Massaro and Lauren Tamilla, will ride around the Velodrome with the baton before handing it over to Chris Newton. The Queen's baton will then be handed to a Council Leader and a short speech will follow.
