BMX Freestyle Park Club Programme
2023 has seen the launch of the BMX FSP club programme, co-designed between FSP facilities and British Cycling, the club programme aims to support riders to enjoy regular coached sessions and support riders to progress through the discipline.
Junction 4, Adrenaline Alley and The Asylum are the first BMX FSPs to offer dedicated ‘club nights’ and are encouraging riders to get involved. With high quality and dedicated coaching, riders will develop their skills and integrate into the BMX community. For those who want to take it even further, there will be support to enter jams and travel to contests.
As part of the club offer, British Cycling have also supported the parks to complete a facility accreditation. Through face-to-face visits, all facilities have been guided to meet the requirements of a safe, structured, and well governed facility, this gives any future participant the knowledge that they will be experiencing BMX FSP in a quality environment.
Approved BMX FSP clubs will receive recognition of their club offer through bespoke branding, coaching & volunteer offers and discipline specific kit & equipment. All of which is designed to promote and uplift the facility for any future visitors and prospective club members.
As we ramp up towards the Freestyle Park national Championship and the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships, we will be featuring each of our Freestyle Park clubs in more detail and showcasing what they have to offer.
