British Cycling is governed by a Board made up of directors who are nominated and elected by our membership and appointed independently. The Board has five committees: Audit and Assurance, Clinical Governance, Integrity, Nomination and Remuneration, and Risk.
Our HQ and Executive Leadership Team are based at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester, however our team operate nationwide, supported by regional boards of volunteers across 10 English regions. We also work in close partnership with Scottish Cycling and Welsh Cycling, and with our international federation, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).
Our work is also guided by our Discipline Commissions, who provide essential insight and knowledge to support our work develop the cycling disciplines: BMX racing, BMX freestyle park, cycle speedway, cyclo-cross, mountain bike endurance, mountain bike gravity, road and track.]
