The British Cycling Federation invites Tenders from interested parties for the future operation and maintenance of an international standard indoor BMX Freestyle Park, providing a talent development and performance training facility and proactively encouraging increased participation in BMX Freestyle, in line with our aspirations to significantly increase awareness of and participation in BMX Freestyle Park.

The contract in intended to commence in August 2022 and be for a period of 5 years (five years), with an opportunity to extend for a further 5 years.

With the assistance of the Places to Ride Fund, in conjunction with Sport England and DCMS, British Cycling has procured an international standard BMX Freestyle Park to support development of the sport and wish to partner with an expert in facility operation to maximise the use of the park and proactively encouraging increased participation in BMX Freestyle.

Depending on the venue chosen, the opportunity also exists to develop national and international events to showcase BMX Freestyle, including a ‘home’ for British Cycling’s national championships.

For further details and to obtain a copy of the Tender documentation, please email facilities@britishcycling.org.uk

The deadline for registering expressions of interest is 29th April 2022 but early communication is encouraged to ensure interested parties can participate in clarification meetings.
