About our club

CCB is a cycling club with a focus on road racing and have riders competing at all levels. If you are looking to compete in road racing, time trials or to improve your sportive time we may be able to help.

We have members competing at different levels in British Cycling (BC) events; League of Veterans (LVRC) road races, time trialling and sportives.

If you are an aspirant road racer looking to learn your craft, we would like to share our knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals.

If you are an experienced rider with a good level of fitness, our Sunday club runs and weekday circuits are renowned locally for their stiff pace over varied terrain which will bring you to the starting line raring to go. With race fitness in mind, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better place locally to hone your skills.

Alternatively, if all you wish to do is ride your bike and you have a reasonable level of conditioning you too are welcome to join us. We have various options that might suit; which one, largely depends on your confidence, fitness level and experience of riding in a group.
