Please be aware that affiliation to British Cycling expires on the 31st December each year. Please make sure you renew early to take advantage of discounts and ensure there are no lapses in your affiliation.
During our busiest times (October-January) we advise that the average application can take up to 21 days to be processed and activated.
How to apply
England and Wales, including Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
New clubs can apply for affiliation using the online application form.
Existing clubs can renew their affiliation through their Club Manager dashboard. Access is provided through your individual British Cycling log in. To request access to the Club Manager we will require written permission from the current listed Club Secretary to clubs@britishcycling.org.uk
All affiliating clubs and teams open to members under the age of 18 must have a fully compliant Club Welfare Officer (CWO) in place before affiliation will be approved.
All clubs and teams taking part in either Road, Track or Cyclo-Cross racing must submit a kit design for approval. Please ensure the proposed design meets our regulations.
Clubs based in Scotland will affiliate directly with Scottish Cycling. For further information on affiliation to Scottish Cycling, please contact ClubDevelopment@scottishcycling.org.uk

2025 Affiliation Fees
Clubs and Teams: £105
Renewing applications submitted before the 31st December 2024 will receive a £25 discount on the affiliation fee.
Sponsorship Fees
The sponsor fee is applied for the first 3 visible sponsors in your club/team's name and kit on a scaled model.
