British Cycling has today confirmed the team of BMX riders selected to represent the Great Britain Cycling Team at the third round of the 2016 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup in Papendal, Netherlands from 7-8 May.
Liam Phillips and Kyle Evans, who won gold and silver respectively at round two of the world cup series in Manchester, will contest round three as will fellow Olympic podium programme rider Tre Whyte and senior academy rider Quillan Isidore.
British Cycling Olympic BMX coach, Grant White, said: “After a successful event last week which saw Liam win for the fourth consecutive time in Manchester and Kyle winning his first ever world cup medal, the team has gained some positive momentum which we hope to carry into the next round of the series.
"Paddy Sharrock unfortunately misses out due to injury, but other than that we’re in good shape and looking forward to racing.”
