It’s easy to skip this step in your rush to start. However, taking just five minutes to warm up before a ride and cool down afterwards can work wonders for your body. You’ll ride better, recover faster, and reduce your risk of injury.

The M Check

Before you hop on your bike, take a moment to do a quick M Check - a simple way to ensure your bike is ride-ready by inspecting key components like brakes, tires, and gears. It’s quick, easy, and will save you from an unplanned roadside repair (or worse).

Clean your bike after every ride

We know cleaning your bike isn’t the most glamorous part of cycling. But a quick wipe-down after each ride will keep everything running smoothly and extend the life of your beloved steed.

Stretch and move
