Machynlleth is set to host the pinnacle of British enduro racing in 2025 as the Lloyds National Enduro Championships will take place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July.

The events will bring the UK’s top mountain bike riders to the heart of the Dyfi Valley to compete for national titles.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural standalone National Championships, this year’s event promises even more action, adrenaline, and world-class racing across one of the UK’s most iconic mountain biking regions. Machynlleth, surrounded by the legendary trails of the Dyfi Forest, offers a natural and challenging venue that’s perfectly suited to enduro racing.

The championship weekend will also feature a buzzing festival atmosphere with live timing, local food vendors, trade stands, demo bikes, and family-friendly activities—making it an unmissable weekend for riders and spectators alike.

National Champion and mountain bike legend Tracey Moseley shared her excitement about the event returning in 2025:

“After a successful National Championships debut in 2024 for enduro, it’s great to see the national stripes will again be awarded in 2025. It’s always a great honour to wear the Union Jack sleeve and I look forward to a great race this year. Please support our UK races and make it a big event!”

Sanctioned by British Cycling, the event will follow official enduro race regulations and include categories across elite, junior, masters, veterans, and more. National champions will earn the right to wear the Union Jack sleeve for the 2025/26 season.

In addition to the main championship race, there will also be a Mini Enduro support event, perfect for riders who want to have a go at racing a shortened version of the stages in a more relaxed format. It’s a great opportunity for newcomers and younger riders to experience the atmosphere of a national-level event without the pressure of the full course.
